1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one WAK89 account. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, IC numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information to be provided includes:

• Full name as shown on a valid identification document.
• An active and reachable mobile phone number.
• A valid and actively used email address.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• Bank account details for withdrawal processing purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. wak89 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. 5Withdrawal of Wins

Wak89 members are entitled to withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Any wagering requirement (rollover) associated with a received bonus has been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set for the chosen payment method.
• The account is not under a blocked, suspended, or active investigation status.

Members agree to comply with the specific rules applicable to each type of game played. In the event of any technical fault or system disruption during an active game session:

• If the disruption was caused by the WAK89 system, appropriate compensation will be provided to the affected members.
• Game results that were fully settled prior to the disruption are final and cannot be disputed.

8Prohibitions & Prohibited Activities

Wak89 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:
